MLM Success – How to Find MLM Success While Juggling a Family

Of course you’re here on my blog because you want to find MLM success. This is the place to be in that case.

But what you may be having trouble with is finding the time to find that success, if you’re trying to also juggle family responsibilities.

It’s a bit of a “Catch 22” actually. While you’re probably trying to become an MLM success for your family, they can actually sometimes be the thing that holds you back a lot of times. So how do you handle that situation?

I’m going to tell you right now…

3 Ways to Have MLM Success, Even If You’ve Got 18 and Counting

#1 Help Them Understand You… Ok so first of all there’s that little thing when it comes to striving for MLM success called “Your Family Just Doesn’t Get It!”… and yes, that’s an annoying problem.

So first thing you have to do is explain to them what this is about, WHY it’s important to you, and most importantly (and here’s where you get to practice your sale’s skills) how it will benefit them once you become successful. Appeal to their wants, needs, and desires, and very likely they’ll be cheering you on.

For instance, you can tell them “If I am able to get 5 new distributors a month under me from now till August, we’ll probably be able to afford that cruise we’ve been wanting to take.”  That kind of thing always works quite well.

#2 Set Boundaries… While you may be able to get them to understand better, the truth is they’re really not going to understand how important it is for you to actually WORK toward your goal of

MLM success.

Not at least until you make them understand by setting boundaries.

For instance, you can say “Okay, dinner is over by7:00pmevery night. Therefore from 7pm until 9pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (of course whatever days work for you)…I’m not available for anyone. I’ll be working. This means you must find something to do for yourself during that time. I will not break up fights, I will not handle problems except for emergencies, etc.”

You must make them respect that time. Once they get used to the pattern, then they’ll automatically give you that time…as well…they’ll probably get very good at settling things themselves. It’s amazing how that happens.

#3 Stop Feeling Guilty… One of the reasons that people fail to do the stuff that they need to do for their MLM business, and for their work toward their MLM goals is because they feel guilty about not spending that time with their families, or doing for their families.

But the truth is that you’re actually doing more for your family by becoming an

MLM success

, and working on your business than anything else.

You’re creating a business that will give you tons of free time in the future. You’re doing something that can totally change their lives. And you’re actually creating a business and income that you can pass down to your children. Not to mention that this income that you’ll be able to retire on in the future will mean that you’ll never have to burden them.

So feel good about what you’re doing. Do it with pride, and without guilt.

You’re actually teaching your children a huge lesson as they watch you strive for MLM success, and how hard work is required to get what they want in life.

MLM Advice – Should You Try to Get Other Distributors to Leave Their Company and Come to Yours?

MLM AdviceOne of the pieces of MLM advice that some distributors have a hard time with…when it comes to recruiting…is recruiting other distributors from other companies.

Is this something that’s ethical?

The answer is a hardy YES. It’s perfectly fine.

Think about it this way. If you ran a company in say the shipping industry, and you were looking to hire someone, who would you be looking to hire? Would you be looking to hire someone who’s not in the shipping industry, who has no clue about how to get things through customs, and how to book shipping on a cargo etc.? Or would you rather have someone who’s been in the industry doing it for a number of years, who knows all the ins and outs?

One of these people you’ve got to train and the other you don’t. One of these people is going to increase your profit margin because of their knowledge and therefore efficiency and productivity, and the other is going to cause you to lose out. Which would you rather hire?

So then why should it be any different with your MLM business. In fact recruiting other distributors is MLM advice that I give regularly. I even show you the best way to do it if you fill in your name and email address to get the FREE Report over to the right of this post.

But What If You Still Don’t Like This MLM Advice?

So if this is something that you just don’t want to do then I’ve got a solution for you. I’ve got another piece of MLM advice to replace that advice for you…how about that?

There’s a way to get to these EXPERIENCED MLM distributors anyway.

Here’s the thing. If you’ll just target your MLM marketing toward those people anyways, and have them actually respond TO YOU, then you can have the benefits of going to them…without having to go to them.

How do you do that?

Well target marketing is essential in any marketing that you do. You can’t ever market to EVERYONE. You have to market to those that you know will respond to your ad, and you have to speak directly to them.

So how do you talk to other MLM distributors?

Well it’s pretty simple actually. You speak to them the way that you would want to be spoken to as an MLM distributor. You give them reasons to read your marketing content.

You teach them how to be better marketers themselves, and then in turn by seeing that you know what you’re talking about, they’ll eventually want to build a relationship and work with you. Very likely, if you’re giving enough value…they’ll come to you vs. the other way around.

So there you go, you now can take my MLM advice in two different ways, and still come out on top.

Multi Level Marketing – How to Have Success Through the Tough Times In Our Economy?

Let’s face it… everyone is having it a little tougher in these times, even in the multi level marketing business.

But when this happens we need to learn how to get through it easier and come out on the other side smelling like roses.

How to Get Through Tougher Times in Multi Level Marketing… Without a Scratch

Now for years and years, there’s been a usually little referenced anecdote for avoiding the avalanche of business failure during tough economic times. It’s helped many companies succeed beyond anyone’s expectations, and stay well afloat when their competition drowns all around them.

What I’m talking about is simply zigging when others are zagging.

In other words, in times like these, you cannot follow the herd to the slaughter. You’ve got to set your own path toward your home business success. You do that by not doing all the same things that are getting everyone else in trouble.

For instance when people started running to the internet, and taking all of their offline multi level marketing ads down, others started to go right back to the offline advertising methods, and therefore… a)got their marketing for pennies on the dollar of what others were paying and b)had a lot more success due to the fact that their competition was all going online and pulling all of their ads to internet only platforms.

Other instances were when everyone started going after the pay per click marketing methods in the hayday of the internet. Once many people heard of this trend where people were getting clicks to their websites for one cent, it clouded the space.

Pay per click (PPC) got overcrowded. Popular keywords were getting swarmed with advertisers. Page one of the Google ads were getting to be high competition and more expensive. While many were going after the most popular keywords that were getting tens of thousands of searches per day (e.g. “weight loss”) others started going after longer tail end keywords, that got less searches but had much less competition.

Then when word got out about these words, then these are likely many of the same savvy marketers who moved to contextual ads, and targeted ads, and even back to banner ads, that everyone was saying were dead for not only multi level marketing…but everything.

Those who follow the crowd, simply get the same results that the crowd are getting, and nothing else. When the crowd starts going down hill, then those sheep who follow begin to go down hill as well.

However those that go their own way, to the beat of their own drum, end up often with different and arguably better results. Usually this is simply because they’ve zigged while others were zagging.

During the internet boom there were tons of companies going public without any good reason to do so. They had no profits, they had no foundation, yet they went public with their stocks on only a dream and a wave of a trend.

The dot com companies that didn’t follow suit were smart and didn’t end up on the same chopping block that those other companies did. They survived during internet stock bubble burst, because they were beholden to that consequence.

You need to be very careful during these tumultuous times with your multi level marketing and be sure to zig when others zag, and zag when they zig.

MLM Advice – How Important Is Your Company to Your MLM Success?

MLM AdviceSo many people come to me asking for MLM advice, and then start telling me how great there company is.

While it is important to be a huge fan of your company and the products that the company represents, you have to also remember that the most important thing is the marketing behind the company.

You see, everything comes down to marketing and influence. And of course you can influence people to join your business opportunity or use your products much easier if you also love them, but the emphasis should be on your marketing message.

Here’s What I Mean With This MLM Advice

There are tons and tons of MLM companies out there these days. Thousands even. And basically just like anything else, some are better than others. Many have similar products in the health niche, or in niches such as household products, make up, or any sort of niche that is consumable.

In the industry, most of the products created by MLM companies are far superior than anything that you could get at your local store, or supermarket. Far superior in quality!

In essence, most companies have great products, and are just about all even as far as quality goes, give or take a few exceptions.

Just as well, many have amazing compensation plans that pay very well. Most give amazing bonuses, and do a lot in order to get people like yourself to want to join their opportunity.

So all in all, if you stick with a well managed company that has a track record you’re pretty safe. And again it’s great to be a huge fan of your company, but the marketing is what gets people trying your products, and interested in your opportunity. Without the marketing, then everything else is useless.

When I give people the MLM advice that they should have their marketing be the priority of their business, not the love for their company, they look at me in shock. But the truth is no matter how great your company is, it’s not going to make you ANY money at all, without having great marketing in place.

Does This MLM Advice Annoy You?

If this advice I’m giving you for your home business is annoying you right now, then perhaps it’s because you’re focusing a little too much of your attention on your company. You may have fallen in love with your company just a little too much, put your blinders on, and now are looking past great marketing opportunities, betting on your products and company to drive your recruiting and your sales.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The truth is that marketing is what counts most in this industry. In fact, your company could fall off the face of the earth tomorrow, and you should be able…with the right type and quality of marketing…be able to bounce right back and create MLM success again with another company.

That’s what great marketing does… it creates freedom for you, and doesn’t hold you hostage to any company or product. Knowing how to use great marketing for MLM means that you can use that marketing and the principals that you’ve learned, and create great marketing messages for any company out there and achieve success.

MLM Success – What You Should Be Doing More of With Your Online MLM Marketing

Of course I understand, that there’s so much to do that it’s hard to keep up with every little thing. It’s hard to always cover all of the bases.

But today I wanted to give you one thing that’s simple that can make your marketing tons more effective.

This One Simple MLM Marketing Tip Can Quickly Increase Your MLM Success

Most of us at this point have a lead funnel. We have an auto-responder that we use to contact our leads once we’ve captured them into our system. If you don’t…well then that should be your first step starting today.

If you do already have that then it’s likely that you’re not emailing your leads nearly enough, and that’s likely hindering your MLM success.

Most people I’ve noticed are too afraid to bother their prospects too much. They’re afraid that if they email them too often then they’re going to get mad and unsubscribe. In all actuality that’s true…

But what’s too much?

A great majority of MLM distributors out there trying to attain MLM success online go way too far to the opposite extreme. They are overly cautious and will therefore only very sporadically email their leads. But the truth is that this is the last thing that you want to do.

The problem is that once you’re not in front of your prospects with your message, and showcasing your value to them, then you’re forgotten about…and then they are on to someone else who’s not afraid to email them enough to stick in front of them.

Here’s the thing…

If someone was at your site, or your blog, reading your content…and they felt compelled enough to give you their information…then they’re actually WANTING you to give them information. When you don’t you do exactly what you didn’t want to in the first place…you annoy them. They feel disappointed, and by the time you do email them again, they’re mad or have forgotten who you are…which makes you then an intruder into their email box, instead of the welcome guest that you were in the beginning.

So how much is too much?

Well that’s up to you.

If you’re sending them a pitch for your business opportunity or products each and everyday, without any good content, then you’re annoying. That would annoy anyone, probably even YOU.

However if you’re sending them quality information about how they can start changing their lives, how to run a home business, how to analyze a business, how to improve themselves, etc…then everyday is probably just fine.

Will some unsubscribe? Yep!

Will that mess up your chances for MLM success forever because people are unsubscribing? Nope!

That’s because those who unsubscribe probably weren’t that serious about improving their lives anyway. They probably were just kicking tires. They weren’t serious about becoming home business owners and turning their financial lives around. They would have unsubscribed anyway.

Those who stick around, are very strong leads. They have a connection to you, and they’re much more likely to join your opportunity or buy your products, as long as you keep providing significant value.

Stop being afraid of annoying people, start providing huge value to your prospects right off the bat, and just watch how quickly your MLM success increases!

MLM Marketing – Are You Wasting Your Time With Your MLM Marketing. Here’s How to Make All of Your Marketing Count!

MLM MarketingIt’s sad when I see so many people spending so much of their time on MLM marketing that just isn’t working for them. Yet they stick with what’s working and do it over and over again, hoping for a different result.

Even though it fits,I’m not going to spew out for you again the Einstein quote about insanity. But you do need to realize that if you’re not changing what’s not working, you’re not going to make any difference in your MLM marketing. And of course yes, you will get the same results over and over.

Ok…so I should have just quoted the source. Oh well.

What You Need to Find Out About Your MLM Marketing Pronto!

If there’s anything that you need to know about your MLM business, it’s knowing what’s working, and what’s not working.

If you don’t know these two things, then you need to stop everything you’re doing right now, and before 2012 gets here, and you set any sort of goals, you need to find out what’s working for your marketing for MLM.

This means that you may have to set up tracking if you haven’t already. That’s the basics of knowing what’s working and what’s not. Tracking is everything and until you have tracking set up, then you’ll never have any idea about what you can or can’t change.

Well, okay…if you’re not having ANY sort of success at all, then you know that what you’re doing, whatever it is, isn’t working. So stop doing just that. Or set up tracking on that, and see if there’s any element that has the potential to work.

For instance, let’s say that you’re trying FORUM marketing. That’s hot in some circles, and some people have great success with it, and teach a great deal of it.

So if you’re trying that, and you’re marketing in five different forums, but you’re not getting any sign ups, does it mean that what you’re doing can’t be tweaked. Does it mean that your MLM marketing within forums is forever doomed? No, it simply means that your MLM marketing in forums may be missing something.

Again, this is where tracking is important.

Perhaps out of 5 of those MLM forums that you’re marketing, only 1 is bringing you any traffic at all. Makes sense right, if you consider that in almost any endeavor in live, only 20% of anything you do is going to give you 80% of your results. So 1 out of 5 is 20%, so we might be on to something.

So once you start tracking your forum posting, and seeing where the traffic is coming from, then you know that you should simply ditch the other forums, and focus on the forum that is giving you traffic.

It might mean that you need to post more, just for the law of numbers to work. It could mean that you need to change your signature file to make it more appealing so that more of the people who view your posts will click it.

It might even mean that you have to write more quality content within that forum so that people who read your posts feel more compelled to trust you as an authority.

It might be that the page that you’re leading people to is not relevant to the content in your posts, so perhaps you can make a simple squeeze page, that can be easily tweaked in order to be more relevant to the specific posts.

The point is that with MLM marketing, there are tons and tons of variable. But you won’t know those variables until you’re tracking your efforts. Once you do that, and you understand where you need to tweak here and there, you should see your MLM marketing results SKYROCKET!!

Multi Level Marketing Success – The Best Place to Find Help for Your MLM Business

A lot of people come to me for help in this area because I’ve been a successful trainer for years.

But what they don’t realize, is that there’s a better place to find help for your MLM business, and most people forget to look within this place. The best place to get help for your business is from YOU!

Why YOU Are Your Best Hope for Multi Level Marketing Success

We’ve grown to be a society that wants everything handed to us on a silver platter. People want everything to be easy and fast. Of course who wouldn’t want that, but the problem is…and nobody else seems to be willing to tell you this, so I will… is that it just doesn’t work like that.

When people come to me for help attaining their multi level marketing success dreams, I always try to get a feel for where they’re at with their business.

I ask them straight out…so what have you done so far.

Who have you contacted? How many people a day are you speaking to about your business?

How many people are visiting your websites and opting in for more information? How much content do you have on the internet? How many articles are on your blog or website? Etc. etc.

I ask these questions and most of the time I get nothing back but a blank stare, or silence if it’s on the phone. People just don’t have an answer, and that’s simply because they’re not doing anything.

Now granted a lot of the problem is that people who are recruiting and sponsoring these days are often times not particularly honest and ethical.

Basically they’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up…and then too often they’ll disappear. That’s bad, and I write a lot of content toward getting people to be better leaders… and a great deal of my training of my downline goes into that…but the fact is it’s still ultimately up to you.

Yes, your upline sponsor may stink, but they’re not the only place you can learn to run your business.

However the truth of the matter is that unfortunately that’s not the number one problem. Very often I find people with tremendous sponsors….even people that I’ve sponsored (and I’ve got some of the best training and systems in the world for my downline)…and they still aren’t doing what they need to be doing.

They’re not even doing what their sponsor is telling them.

If this is you, then truly the only person that CAN even come close to helping you is YOU. Multi level marketing success, just like success in any endeavor doesn’t come free. YOU have to put work into your business, and you’ve got to put the right work into it.

You’ve got to work hard, work smart, and learn the craft as you go. There’s plenty of help to be found…but help alone isn’t enough. You’ve got to take action on the help you’ve gotten.
The 3000 mile journey starts with the first steps. If you haven’t even taken those steps yet, then you need to begin. Nobody can move your feet for you, or will you to go.

Nobody can give you the motivation to succeed, that all comes from within. And then, you simply need to act on that motivation and work toward the first tiny milestone…that first step. Then the next, and the next, until eventually you’ve landed at your destination.

You won’t find multi-level-marketing success advice or help that’s effective, unless you’re willing to do your part.

MLM Business – What Does Your Marketing Say About You and Your Personality?

MLM BusinessWhen you’re marketing for your MLM business, have you ever thought about what that marketing says about you and your personality?

If not then you might start to see what I mean as you read this article.

Your marketing can be indicative of your personality, but on the flip side it could very well make you see sides of yourself that you need in order to see improvement in your life and your marketing.

How to Improve Yourself and Your MLM Business by Analyzing Your Marketing

Just like personalities, or consequential of them, people have different characteristics of their marketing.

Some are more aggressive. Some are extremely aggressive. Some are passive or extremely passive.

Most people however probably fall somewhere in the middle. They’ll market in some areas aggressively, while they’ll be more passive in other areas.

For instance, someone who’s a little more passive and shy probably doesn’t like to be out in front. So they likely aren’t going to be into doing a bunch of videos, or standing in front of a white board during a presentation that gets sent all over Youtube and Facebook.

But that same person might be very passionate about blogging and writing, or creating online videos that don’t require them to be front and center.

On the flipside, the aggressive marketer who’s not one bit shy will probably have tons and tons of videos on Youtube, and do lots of presentations each year. He or she won’t mind one bit being on video, or being out there for the whole world to see.

So which one is better? Which marketer is going to be more successful with their MLM business?

Well who knows! It could be that they’d make the same amount though, being that each is using their strengths and doing their own things equally as passionately.

But there’s also the point to make that it could tell you that maybe it’s time to turn up the dial a bit on one side or the other. Couldn’t it do the more aggressive video marketer some good to put up a blog, and start getting a new audience that way?

And couldn’t it do the more passive written content marketer some good to reach out to the whole audience that are easily persuaded by the spoken word and videos?

So how can you use this analysis for self development? I think it’s pretty clear, but let’s take the passive marketer. Sure you use your strengths in marketing, but the passiveness in your marketing for you MLM business indicates that you’re probably too passive in life as well.

There’s a chance that you may shy away from either conflict, from the spotlight, from attention…in times when attention would be good for you. That could either be within your MLM business or outside of it. You may need to work on building confidence, self esteem, and even belief in yourself.

There’s a chance if you’re the more aggressive marketer who likes to spread themselves over the internet on videos that you’re a little too aggressive. In life that may lead to putting people off a bit. You may need to be a little more introspective. You may need to listen a little more rather than always be the talker.

The point is not me figuring out what you need to develop within yourself to be better at all of this, the point is that YOU can now, through the marketing you conduct in your MLM business, start see what you might could improve about yourself.

MLM Home Business – It’s Time to Start Setting Your Goals for 2012

Did you realize that? Of course you did.

But how do YOU make that growth happen? Do you sit around and hope it grows? Do you let things simply happen to your MLM home business and then react? Or do you plan ahead for what you want to achieve and then set out taking action to make your plans take affect?

If you answered that you plan for success, and then take action then you’re on the right track. You don’t need to read any further…unless of course you want to learn to really plan and set goals that almost always create success.

How to Set Goals for Your MLM Home Business in 2012

Goals are something that many people get wrong. It’s just not something that’s taught enough in school, and what a pity that it is. Could say a lot actually for the state of affairs that we’re in! People aren’t goal focused anymore. They react to what happens to them, and then whine and complain if things didn’t happen perfectly.

Don’t be that person. That’s insanity.

If you want to succeed with your MLM home business, you simply need to plan for success.

There are a few things that you have to get right though when setting goals for your home business.

First: You Need a Clear Objective… You need to know exactly what you want before you can ever dream to get it. In other words you have to have a clear and detailed goal in mind.

If you’ve never been big on creating goals, then this whole concept may be new to you. However if you’ve already gotten to where you’re at now by creating goals, then you know what I mean.

But here’s the thing that will help you achieve way more this year, and it’s quite simple. Be detailed. A clear goal is an achievable goal.

If you want to earn more money this year… how much money exactly? If you want more freedom, how much time per week do you want free? If you want to quit your job this year…by what date do you want to quit it, and how much will you be making when you do so? See how different that is than general goals?

Second: You Need to Have Deadlines… There’s nothing that will increase your chances of getting stuff done more than a good, solid…DEADLINE!

Here’s the trick though with goals and deadlines. You need short term goal deadlines, and longer term goal deadlines. So you may want to be making $10,000 a month by the end of 2012, but you can’t just go from 0 to $10,000. It’s going to take some time, so instead you might say, in January I’ll make just $500 for the month. In February you’ll double that, and March you’ll double that to $4000, etc.

This will give you more realistic goals to shoot for, and better yet achieve, so that you don’t get frustrated and give up.

Third: Create a Solid Action-Plan… What’s a goal without a way of achieving it? I’ll tell you what it is…it’s a dream. You’re not dreaming right now, you’re carving a new path to success. Your action plan should be detailed for each step and each deadline. What will you do to get there?

One last little bit.

When it comes to goals, most people shoot way too low. They’re afraid of disappointing themselves so they aim low. However the nice thing about goals is that when you aim too high, and even when you almost make it, you’re much better off than you were when you started.

If you’re ready to set your goals and achieve them for your MLM home business in 2012, this advice is exactly all that you need to do so.

You probably know that online – everything is all about content. Content is king right? You’ve heard it a million times before. 

But if you’ve ever sat down to write an article and stared blankly at your screen then you’re not alone.  Not by a long shot. 

What do you do then?  How do you get articles out there if you can’t write one? Well, you can always hire someone to do it for you, in fact I can give you the name of the person I use if you want…but essentially you want to be able to write your own articles.
