Article Marketing for MLM Part 2… Help! I Don’t Have a Clue What to Write About In My Articles

Alright in the last post about article marketing we talked about how article marketing is a great way to market your MLM business. And how you can cover a lot of ground with just one article.

Soon we’ll get into the article Title and why it’s so crucial to your articles, actually the most crucial part. Get the Title right and you’ve won half of the battle…

The rest of the battle consists of the article body, and then the other part which is the resource box.

Sometimes the resource box is separate from the rest of the article like in EzineArticles.com or GoArticles.com – but other times you can just sort of flow it into the article itself. An example of that would be like at your blog or at Squidoo.

Basically your resource box, or resource area is the place where you get the click. This is the place where you get people to get their butts over to your website with your MLM Opportunity, or better yet a squeeze page where you get their info to market to them until they’re old and gray.

But today we’re going to talk about a problem that a lot of people have with article marketing for their MLM business, which is…

What to Write About…

A lot of people get stuck on ideas of what to write about. There are tons of ways to get ideas. One of the things that a lot of people will tell you to do is keyword research.

There are plenty of places to find out how to do keyword research online. I might write more about that in the future but for now you can just Google it. I think that there has to be an element of keyword research but you have to be able to make your content worth reading.

Having an article that’s unreadable stuffed with keywords is the sure way to get absolutely nobody to click thru to your website.

There are Better ways to Get Ideas of What to Write About…

Here are some of those:

1) Write about problems that you’ve recently found solutions to… The chances are pretty darn good that if you’ve recently had something that you couldn’t figure out, or had to do some research to figure out…then somebody else has as well. Give them the solution in your article and you’re their hero.

2) Go to Network Marketing Forums and Write About the Hot Topics… Almost every forum has a view count and reply count. Anytime you see either of those in the high numbers compared to the other topics you know you got a hot one on your hands.

Forums are nothing more than little microcosms of the network marketing universe…so find hot topics and f.a.q.’s in the forums and you can bet your bottom MLM dollar that their will be other people out there looking for the same thing.

3) Note: This One’s a Bit Sneaky…Go to Article Directories and look at the most viewed articles, and write on the same topic… There’s no reason that if someone wrote an article on a topic that you can’t write on the same topic with a new spin, or just your own style. Never copy an article outright, or at all for that matter. Maybe read through it and get some ideas, but besides that just totally write a fresh article with all of your own points of view.

4) Questions from your Downline… Write down the questions that you get from your downline and just make those questions into articles. One great use of those articles will be to blast them out to your downline and let them give away the article as well, as long as they keep it intact. Turn it into a PDF file and let it go viral. Eventually it will get into the hands of other network marketers that aren’t in your downline but will soon want to be.

At the very least it gives you a ton of credibility which will help your attrition factor.

Article marketing is one of the best ways to get traffic and grow your business online for a number of reasons. Most people think that the best reason is that it’s free. Well I disagree. In my world, time is money, and article writing takes time so it’s certainly not free. But I still do it and do a lot of it.

Actually, the reason why article marketing is so powerful is because it covers so much ground at once.

You see, 1 article can be used for various purposes. I don’t mean rewritten or submitted to several different directories, although that’s good as well. What I mean is that one article submitted to one place… let’s say Ezinearticles.com since that’s probably one of the best places that you can post an article… does multiple things for you.

First of all it’s a back-link to your site. We know that back-links are extremely important for SEO purposes, but a lot of network marketers don’t know where to get back-links. Well, every time you submit an article to a high authority site like EzineArticles.com, you’re getting a solid back link from a very authoritative site.

Next when you write an article you’re giving the search engines fresh content to perhaps pick up on their own altogether. So let’s say you write an article titled “MLM Prospecting – The Best Way to Get People Into Your MLM Downline” and you submit it to Ezinearticles.com. Well there’s a pretty good chance that if you used the keywords correctly that the article might get picked up by Google or Yahoo, and slapped on the front page.

This means that when someone does a search for “MLM prospecting” or something to that matter, they’ll find your site on the results page, click it, read it, and since you’ve got a link to your site (if you write your resource box correctly) will click that link and head to your MLM business opportunity website.

See how nice and easy that works?

So that leads me to the next thing that your articles do, and this is vital. It takes practice but if you learn to write an article correctly your articles will be a great pre-sell for your MLM business. This means that before someone gets to your article, they’ve already been introduced to how your opportunity can help them and what it can do for them.

Basically it creates a bit more of a bond and trust between you and the reader. They read your article, you seem to be the authority because a) you have an article b) it’s published on the internet c) you seem to know what you’re talking about. See how that works. Basically it’s a great credibility booster.

Now when you add the fact that they did a search and found your article on the first page of Google, or some other site that’s not even yours (a lot of people will pull your article from Ezinearticles.com or the other directories and use your article on their site)…then that’s another added level of credibility instantly added.

So as you can see, article marketing is much more than just a free way to market. It’s really not free at all, but the fact is that it’s well worth the price because of its immense power as well as it’s psychological undertones that it creates in the readers mind – such as a bonding, and credibility of setting you up as the expert.

Then when you take into account that if you just change that article around a bit you can put it into a dozen or so more directories, or totally rewrite and make it even better and stick it up on your own blog it just keeps getting better.

Or how about if you take a collection of your articles and create free reports for subscribers and leads that you get at your website. There are endless opportunities.

Article marketing is powerful, and anyone who tell you different is just stupid. LOL I’m kidding but maybe if you have a list of Twitter followers that don’t know how powerful article marketing is you can retweet this to them and become their hero.

MLM Home Business – Should You Work 2 MLM Businesses Or Is That Spreading Yourself Too Thin?

That phenomenon is people trying to work two MLM’s simultaneously. I can tell you right now that if you’re trying to do that, you’re doing yourself a huge disservice. You’re basically just taking away ½ of your potential and flushing it right down the toilet.

Here’s why…

An MLM home business is not a hobby. I know I’ve said that a zillion times, but I feel it’s always worth repeating since so many people just don’t seem to get it. So many people treat their business like it is a hobby and that’s a shame. When I see people with more than one MLM business I know that this is exactly what they’re doing…flushing their potential down the toilet.

Let me ask you a question… How many successful people in MLM have you seen that got that way by building more than one MLM business at a time? There’s really not a lot of these people if any.

This is because MLM is a tough business – and it takes time, commitment, and focus. To spread that between two (and I’ve seen people have more than two to be honest) is ludicrous and just shows that you’re not serious about being a success in the network marketing industry.

The time that it takes to get all of what needs to be done just to get started with an MLM business makes it nearly impossible to focus on more than one. There really just isn’t enough time in a day to be honest.

And when you do get an MLM business growing (or any business for that matter), this means that you’ve begun to gain momentum. Now why would you want to stop that momentum and begin building a new business altogether?

You wouldn’t is the answer. You wouldn’t, you shouldn’t, and if you’re serious about becoming successful in MLM then you won’t.

Now I realize that the argument that many will have is that a lot of people will have a primary MLM business, and have a secondary MLM business which may be an MLM marketing strategy or lead generation software as the product or service, which has an MLM structured compensation plan.

My answer to that is why? Why if you’re sponsoring someone in your primary business would you then want to go and try to get them to also sign up for your system, and charge them for that? These are the people that you’re supposed to be mentoring to success. Now that they’ve put their faith and trust in your, you’re going to try and sale them something else and tell them that the business that they just joined won’t work without joining this other thing first?

That’s not right. What you yourself should do is re-focus your efforts on finding a system that someone in your upline is using that is proven to work, and can be duplicated. If you can’t find anybody in your upline that has that then maybe you should consider joining a team that has a system like that in place for you to jump right into. I’m talking about a team with a system that you don’t have to pay to use!

The bottom line is that when you start an MLM home business you’re starting a true real world business. This business needs focus and commitment for it to become successful.

Down the road, when this business IS successful, and you’ve already got a residual income coming in that doesn’t require all of your time…then maybe you can start in on something else. Or better yet invest your money into another business that either runs on auto-pilot or that someone else is already running.

You could even purchase another downline if MLM is what you want to keep up with. But don’t spread yourself thin trying to BUILD two MLM businesses, even if they seem to compliment one another. They don’t!

The most successful MLM businesses are that way because the owner focused on that business solely. You should follow that lead.

The Most Neglected Part of Your MLM Business Which Might Be Killing Your Success!

note1In the MLM industry, there are tons and tons of talk about prospecting and recruiting. In fact nearly everything that you ever hear about is about that side of the business. But on the flip side there’s something that isn’t as sexy, isn’t as exciting, but may actually be slowly killing your business.

The something is called your retention rate. If your retention rate in your MLM business is dismal then you need to get that under control right now, or else you’re going to always be like a hamster on the steel wheel in the cage – squeaking round and round, but never getting anywhere.

Let’s face it…the reason that you joined MLM in the first place was because of the dream of having residual income working for you. Leveraging off of the efforts of your downline, and earning off of their efforts! Basically working toward a day where you can eventually walk away and still have an income flowing in.

Well, if people are dropping out of your MLM downline as fast (or usually faster) than you’re putting them in, then you’re going to have a real problem getting to that point.

How to Increase Your Retention Rate in Your MLM Business

First – Connecting on a Personal Level… It’s important to know that the people who feel like they have connected to you PERSONALLY will find it harder to quit than those who don’t know you on a personal level. This doesn’t mean to falsify that feeling or create synthetic relationships. I’m saying that each and every person that joins your team, especially those on the front lines of your downline, should be on their way to becoming your friend and family.

It’s as simple as sincerely caring about your people and letting them know that you care. Getting to know them and letting them get to know you.

Second – Insist on Commitment… When someone personally commits to something, especially if it’s a written commitment, then subconsciously they will find it very hard to wiggle out of that commitment.

In his bestselling book “Influence: The Pyschology of Persuasion” the author Robert Cialidini dedicates a whole chapter on Commitment and Consistency. It basically says that people will do whatever it takes to not look inconsistent to a public commitment that they’ve made.

Therefore if you get someone to agree to do something and they write that down…or better yet, post it somewhere that others will see it… then it’s more likely that they’ll stay consistent with that commitment at all costs.

Now of course we don’t want to use this to manipulate. Sometimes we have to use psychology for good, and getting someone to commit to staying with an MLM opportunity for at least a year before they bail out, so that they have ample time to succeed, is not a bad thing but a good and positive thing.

Third – Success… Most people aren’t going to bail out on a good thing right? Success is a good thing, and a strong motivator to keep going. So it’s important that you do everything that you can to get people seeing true success as quickly as possible.

Not only that but you want to reward their success, even if it doesn’t seem huge. Every little success deserves recognition.

Obviously the people who are seeing success in your business are the ones most likely to stay. Therefore it’s definitely worth the time it takes to work on creating systems that make those people more successful.

This means working on your marketing system so that it’s duplicable, and really working with your downline to show those that join under them to get those people seeing success, get them to commit and stay committed to working on their business, and actually getting to know their downline on a personal level.

Basically creating a family atmosphere!

The thing is that you have to show the people who join you is that you’re there to see them succeed, and that you care about their success as much as you do your own. Because truthfully, their success in MLM IS YOUR SUCCESS!

The Most Important Elements of Your MLM Website – How to Get Them Right…

build-a-websiteIf you’re trying to create an MLM website, and are having trouble with it, well you’re not alone. It’s not the easiest thing in the world when you have no experience with it. But don’t worry… most people never even get started so pat yourself on the back.

It’s likely, if I can read your mind a little bit, that you’re sitting there fretting with worry about the design of your website, and where to put this and that element correct?

You’ve looked at so many other sites that you’re face is turning blue, and now they all are starting to look alike. No worries my friend, I’ll give you some tips right now.

Here are the 3 Most Important Elements of Your MLM Website to Focus On Now…

1) Content… Frankly content is King. You’ve probably heard that, but it’s worth saying again. The truth is that you could have a beautiful website and have the wrong content and the website will tank, while on the other hand have the ugliest website with the right message will outperform most others.

With your content you should be expressing the benefits of working with YOU, and then the benefits of your opportunity. Why not the other way around? Because people are seeking a leader that can show them how to succeed much more than they’re looking for an opportunity. People know that if they have the right mentor, that the opportunity is secondary.

You want to always display the BENEFITS of your opportunity and/or products! Benefits are what drive people to buy or join, because benefits reach into the emotions of the human being, where features reach into the logical side of the brain. It’s always important to include both, but to highlight the benefits especially.

To learn how to use benefits go and read the bullets of different sales pages, or popular catalogs. This is a great lesson.

Use short sentences, and small paragraphs (2 to 4 sentences). Also break up text with headers.

2) Simple Design…Don’t get too caught up in the design of your site right now. Concentrate on the content.

When you do build your site, it’s best to just build it on a simple blog so that it’s easy for you to design. For simplicity sake, start out with a 1 column layout with navigation tabs on the top. White background with black text is always the best because it’s easiest to read.

Also use common fonts like Times, Georgia, or Verdana. Don’t mix and match these too much either. Try sticking to one if possible. This makes your site easier to read, which makes it easier to get someone to take action.

If you can get a simple header that might help you site look more professional. But if that’s too much right now don’t go crazy, because it can get tricky actually. If you do use one, don’t put any animation in there (no animation on the page at all). Just a simple picture that illustrates the outcome that a person might want to achieve, or just a picture of YOU! Nothing fancy!

Don’t put too many links leading away from your page. This is leakage, and the goal is to lead people to your “money” page (your opportunity page, the one that um…makes you money).

3) Optin Box… Here’s the deal. Each time someone leaves your site without you getting their information…the chances of them coming back are dismal. So your best bet, especially in a business like the MLM business, is to get the information of as many people as you can get.

Of course you won’t get everyone, but you should shoot for 10 to 15 percent of visitors on a regular site with content, or 30 plus percent on a squeeze page (a page solely meant to get visitor information).

Once you’ve gotten someone’s name email address (at the least) then they now become a lead, and are revealing to you that they want you to contact them again.

Naturally getting them to leave you their info requires you giving them something. What do you give them? A free report or access to a free video or audio usually does the trick. Something of value that will help them get closer to their goals, and will give you credibility.

Now I know that all of this seems like a lot but it’s not all as hard as it seems if you’ve got step by step instructions. Of course normally you’d have to pay an arm and a leg for each of those instructions separately.

The Secret to Succeeding in MLM – Or In Life for That Matter!

secretIt’s really no secret that everyone in MLM wants to succeed in MLM. Duh!

It’s also not much of a secret that there are only a small amount of people who go on to succeed in MLM. A lot of people would be quick to jump and blame that on the industry, but actually the success level for MLM is pretty good when you think about the fact that MLM has been responsible for creating more millionaires than any other business opportunity, including stocks and real estate.

You see, no matter what the endeavor, the percentage of people who succeed drastically is usually dismal compared to the people who try.

One of the biggest reason for this is simply LACK of ACTION!

People just aren’t willing to do what it takes to succeed most of the time. They dream of success, plan for success, and talk about success, but doing the things that make them successful…even if they know exactly what those things are… is something that they just won’t do.

For those who do succeed, and see how easy it really is, stand by watching in amazement – while those who aren’t seeing success sit back and think that those who have are using some sort of super powers. Maybe they’re right. Maybe taking action is something that only a person with super powers is capable of…nah I don’t think so.

Action is the key to MLM success, and any other success. He/she who takes the most action is usually the one to succeed…even if they merely stumble upon that success.

It’s not intelligence level. There are plenty of poor geniuses out there, as well as rich dummies. Intelligence has nothing to do with success (or at least much less than you might think).

Many will call it luck, but here’s the thing with luck. The luckiest people in the world seem to be the ones who have taken action and have prepared for a long time for that luck to occur. In other words, what might seem like luck is actually much time spent getting the ducks in a row.

It’s like the singer who sees overnight success. Yes they became well known overnight perhaps, because they spent years and years honing their crafts, playing show after show, and continually getting themselves in front of the people who might “discover” them.

Taking action means that you’re doing something, even if you’re not sure if it’s the right thing. If you are then you get a good result, if you’re not then you’re getting a result and that’s better than nothing.

You have to decide right now to be decisive. Quick decision making is one of the top traits of successful people. The funny thing about that is that after seeing result after result, time and time again from your decisions (even the wrong ones) you’re honing your skills as a decision maker. You’re building up a stockpile of results for decision making that will last you a lifetime.

Acting fast on ideas is another reason people succeed. If you hear an idea, think of an idea, or find an idea that’s been proven to work…and you act on it rather than sit on it –you’re going to get a result faster than anyone else. This means that YOU will know whether that idea is a good one or not long before your competition even figures it out. You’ll be light years ahead.

If anything, whether with your MLM success, or just success in life in general, TAKING MASSIVE ACTION gets you in the game. You can’t win the game if you’re not in it.

Only you are responsible for your MLM success. Only you can get to where you want to be in life. And only you can begin the inertia and get the snowball rolling toward that success, so begin today taking action and watch your MLM business grow like wildfire.

MLM Websites – Where Should You Send Your MLM Website Traffic?

mlm-tools-300x225So many people are turning to the internet now to grow their MLM business. That’s awesome if they’ve set up the foundation for their business. We love the internet. You wouldn’t be reading this if we weren’t fully embracing the internet in fact.

But, so many people just don’t have a clue…

It’s really not easy after all. I mean most people are in a group with an upline who are as clueless as they are. Not to mention that most people just do not understand the internet. They don’t understand even the basic principals of marketing, much less the added elements of internet marketing. So the fact that you’re reading this right here right now should put you far ahead of the crowd.

It’s very likely that when you signed up for your MLM opportunity, you were given a website address that you would be able to lead prospects to. It’s usually a mirror site of the company’s main site – so that you get credit for the traffic that you send there if anyone should sign up.

Now depending on the company I can’t tell you how well or bad that website is going to convert. I’ll just assume that it’s not the greatest or the worst. It’s a middle of the road MLM website. So should you be sending your traffic there?

Well that’s a good question that could be answered in a zillion different ways, so as not to confuse you let’s just say that this website is all that you have and are likely to have for a while…

You’re not technically savvy, and you don’t have the time to learn, so this is what you’re stuck with. So how can you better this whole process to increase your chances of getting leads that sign up at this middle of the road website?

Well here’s your lucky day, because I’m going to show you exactly what to do…

First of all the short answer is that you ARE going to send your traffic to this page, but not right away. So eventually you’ll get them to this page.

Why eventually? Because if your company website that you’re stuck with isn’t great then what you’re going to have to do is pre-sell your prospects before they ever get there, this way they’re more likely to be open to the offer. This is going to cause that not so great website, and not such a high converting website to actually convert better.

You can liken it to the difference between a cold lead and a warm lead. So you want to warm your prospects up before they get to this site.

The way you do is by sending them first to a blog and/or a squeeze page. I say and/or because you can actually use your blog as the squeeze page.

What’s a squeeze page?

It’s a page where you collect the visitor’s information so that you can contact them again (and again and again). What are you going to do when you contact them again? You guessed it, you’re going to pre-sell them on your opportunity …again!

Now you might be thinking that you’re going to have to sit there and email by hand each of these people. Don’t worry you’re not. You’re going to use an auto responder that you’ll set up that will send out your messages automatically to each person.

Ok so what’s going to be on the blog? The blog is going to be all about YOU! Well you and your MLM opportunity, and how you’re doing with it. It’s going to have a lot of personal information so that people get to know you, and it’s going to have a lot of information about the benefits of the opportunity. Not lies… not made up stuff, but true honest to God benefits.

You’re pre-selling you and you’re pre-selling the business opportunity at the same time in essence.

How Do I Get Them to Give Me Their Info…and What Info Do I Get from Them?

You want at the minimum their email address and first name, and the max is the skies limit (phone number, address, shoe size LOL).

To get this from them you’ll have to give them something in exchange. Hence the squeeze…you’re giving them this “only if” they first sign up to get it.

A special report written by you, a video about your opportunity, a way for them to make extra money this month whether they join your opportunity or not. Something that they will perceive as valuable enough to give their preciously guarded info in exchange for!

Once you’ve got their info then you’ll be able to send them a ton of relevant messages about your opportunity, and updates of how you’re doing with it, and news of how they can start making more money etc.

How to Set All of This Up!

So now you’re wondering how the heck you’re going to set all of this up right. After all we’ve already began talking about all the things that you DON’T know how to do regarding an MLM website.

Well, here’s a little secret. Is Network Marketing a Good Business to Get Into – The Answer May Surprise You…

business Hmmm, you’re probably thinking that an article about network marketing, by a network marketer might be pretty biased right?

I mean asking a network marketer if network marketing is a good business is like asking a car salesman if the cars on his lot are good cars or lemons. What do you think he’s going to tell you?

But guess what…I’m going to step out of my network marketing shoes for a minute and answer this question without being biased.

Because here’s the deal…I don’t actually want everyone and their mother joining network marketing. And NO, network marketing might not be a good business for YOU to get into. I don’t know, but you should be able to know by the time you’re done reading this post.

What Network Marketing Really Entails…

First and foremost… network marketing is a business, and not a hobby. So it entails having responsibility and the maturity to treat it as exactly that.

Too many people come into network marketing to “try” it. I don’t think that you’d buy a store on Main St. USA and “try it out” would you? Nope, you’d do everything it takes to make that store work and succeed.

The problem is usually the low entry price. People don’t take it seriously. That’s why with our network marketing business with Agel, we don’t focus on the lower entrance price. We strongly suggest that people come in at the higher price point so that we KNOW that they’re serious, and not wasting our time, and theirs.

Second… it’s not Get Rich Quick If you’ve got the mindset that you’re starting a home business so that you can start making $10,000 a month your first month, and then $30,000 to $50,000 a month every month thereafter, then you’re delusional and you need to wake up to reality.

Unless you’ve already got a huge name for yourself in the network marketing industry, then this isn’t going to happen. You have to commit to at least a year of learning the ropes. Which leads to…

Third…Be Ready to Fail and then Get Back Up Again. This means that during your first year with your home business, you’re going to take some lumps. Your perseverance is going to be tested. Your patience will be pushed to the edge. Your self-esteem will take a few blows, and will be pushed beyond the edge, usually over the cliff and back again. Rejection is a big part of this business, even when you’re doing things right.

Beginning an MLM Home Business – 4 Things You Should Know

images2 This last month has been a whirlwind month for Ann and me. We’ve just gotten back from an amazing “business” trip to Australia where we got to bask in all of the glory that the country has to offer, including a nice getaway to the Hayman Islands (a private 5 star resort).

If you’ve never been there you should try to make it sometime. Stick that in your “Bucket List”. While we were there, and while we’ve been building our business here at home in our home state of Pennsylvania, and our home country USA of course as an entirety, we’ve come to meet a lot of people just starting their MLM home business.

Now in our career we’ve seen some people do some amazing things in their first year…sometimes months with their MLM businesses. And the thing is that no matter where this happens, and no matter in what part of the country they reside, even if they’re on equally opposite sides of the world…they always have the same few things in common that is the cause of their great success.

So Here are the 3 Things Everyone Beginning MLM Should Know on How To Become Ultra Successful The First Year (From 2 Decades of Experience)…

1) You Must Be CONSISTENT on a DAILY BASIS… The people that have really knocked it out of the park when beginning their MLM businesses have been consistent and done things to build their MLM business daily!

This means that they didn’t do things in spurts. Nope, they turned their attention to their business everyday, and consistently did the work that was supposed to be done.

They were committed to doing this NO MATTER WHAT, and just did them with blinders on. How did they know what to do?

2) You Must Follow a Proven System… Proven systems are the key to this business. Without a proven system you will be running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off, languidly trying to figure out what to do next.

Systems are what makes it possible for a beginner MLM distributor to come in and clean house, and be able to immediately show their organization what to do, and how to be successful. Which leads to the 3rd thing…

3) Don’t Recreate the Wheel… You see, everyone thinks that they have to come into MLM and shake things up, and be some sort of hero “rainmaker”. They’ve watched “Wall Street” with Charlie Sheen and Michael Douglas once too many times, and try to come in and prove themselves as a bad *ss.

The key however is to simply tap into the systems that you’re shown (if your upline has one), and follow that strictly to the tee until you reach success. After you’ve gotten the system working for you and you’ve achieved success, then you can dabble, and try to figure out new ways, but at least you’ve got the foundation working for you bringing you in a consistent good income.

4) Create a Business Goal Plan… We’ve seen people succeed and fail in our over 23 years in this business, and the ones that have succeeded almost always have a plan to succeed.

They develop a business plan with their upline, or us, and they create monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and work with their team to reach that goal. Those that follow the plan that they lay out reach their goals most of the time, and those that don’t…well…don’t.

Network Marketing Leadership – Are You Leading Your Downline or Simply Following Your Upline?

leaderThrough our training and mentoring, especially with those folks who have been involved with network marketing for sometime now we’ve noticed something huge is missing. The absence of leadership in network marketing is astounding. It’s becoming a huge problem and hopefully we’ll be able to help you solve it here soon.

Leadership is truly the key to becoming ultra successful in network marketing. Now that doesn’t mean you can’t become successful by following the advice of your upline. Of course you can and that’s why they’re there. But for those who want to become ultra successful in network marketing, you’ve got to be able to lead your organization. It’s absolutely imperative.

In fact if you’ll notice, those that are the top dogs in network marketing are those who are the great leaders of men and women. So if you want to get to where they are as far as success goes, then you’ve simply got to model their behavior and their ways (as long as they’re ethical) and you too will be successful.

What Does It Mean to Be a Leader in Network Marketing?

Leadership can mean different things to different people. What my wife Ann Feinstein and I have found in network marketing is that true leaders are those that lead mostly by example.

We’ve also noticed, and have referred to this as one of our biggest secrets often, that CARING about our organization and THEIR success is a huge factor in our success, and we recommend that you try it too.

So we lead by example and we care about our organization. I suppose anyone can say that right. So how do we do that specifically?

Well as for the leading by example, I can tell you, and you can see by our organizations growth that we’re constantly and consistently (daily) doing all of the thing that we have to do in order to grow our organization everyday, and all of the same things that we tell our downline to do as well.

We’re constantly marketing and branding the Ann and David Feinstein name, both online as well as offline. We’re constantly following up with prospects, and meeting and talking with them on the phone daily in order to qualify them, and see if they’re a good match for us to work with.

We also get on the phone with new team members daily and get them set up following and duplicating our system so that they can quickly as possible start seeing an income begin to generate, and therefore begin to build a long sustaining business.

This is also the way that we show we care about our prospects.

Furthermore we hold daily webinars for our team members in other countries, and are on the phone with team members walking them through all of tasks that they’re having difficulty with.

But here’s the other part of our leadership success. We demand that people respect our time and the time that we put in to our team. We carry nobody over the finish line, but we ARE always there to push them from behind, and steer them in the right direction.

We also demand accountability. If one of our new team members says that they’re going to do something we hold them accountability to do that thing, and report to us that they’ve done it. We then go through their results and show them how to improve on that. We basically will hold a team member’s hand and lead them until they are proficient enough to do the tasks on their own.

Leadership in network marketing is a skill that must be applied if you have any hopes of seeing dramatic and huge success. Luckily it’s one that can be learned from the right team members.
